I'm not happy with the Sling service and I have since cancelled my subscription with them. I was unable to get any sort of support and I refuse to pay for a service they won't fix or even acknowledge. I appreciate that Roku is responding, but it seems that the Sling app programmers can't be bothered to fix what really looks like a bad version of their app. Thank you for at least "answering the phone."
