Hi - 

When I try to play the movie “How to Train Your Dragon” on the Roku channel, I don’t get any sound. The trailer does have sound, however, and I’m not having this or any other issues with any other movie on Roku Channel or other channels. I’ve restarted my Roku and am still experiencing this issue. Is anyone else having problems with this movie?

What's the model number of your Roku device?  On my 4800 I get sound, but on my 3920 I don't.  I also don't get sound on therokuchannel website.
