Netflix download problem and sound problem

Netflix shows are streaming fine except 1 show-there is no sound. Tried updating app, restarting, nothing worked-finally removed app, then went to add channels, Netflix wasn’t there to add, searched for it, and the only option given was to open app, no option to add it back so it shows on Home Screen. Unplugged Roku, and I still can’t add the app-any help would be great!

We would recommend reaching out to Netflix's support directly and letting them know about the issue you have noticed with one of their shows exhibiting no audio. Channels and app providers are directly managed by the channel providers, and they'll be able to provide you with a workaround or update their channel to resolve an issue.
