We understand the issue you have encountered with your Roku Streaming Stick that is unable to open some apps, and we're here to provide you with troubleshooting steps that you can perform to resolve the issue. Kindly be instructed with the instructions below:
- Press Home on your Roku remote.
- Scroll and select Settings.
- Select System.
- Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.
- Select System restart.
Once this has been performed, please check to see if you notice any improvements.
