I already have both of those disabled and I still keep getting the seasonal wallpapers forced on me and I hate it. "Sponsored Wallpapers" Why do you even have such a thing? Just to have another way to force more advertising on your users? I agree. Roku just keeps getting worse and worse. Roku has Ads during programming...ok...but they are getting more frequent and longer to the point of ruining all immersion and enjoyment of a program. There are Ads on the pause screen... Some programming has Lower Third Ads run during it... There are Ads mixed into the menu of shows more and more now... Entire Categories are just Ads for premium channels and Sponsored Content now... There are Ads to the Left of the Apps Menu... There is a giant Ad to the Right of the Apps Menu... There is a Row of Ads at the Top of the Apps menu Since Last year... AND NOW - Every time I come out of Screen Saver or Power on my Roku Stick a full screen AD! Enough FFS! Roku just keeps getting worse and worse. You(Roku) have removed so much content and replaced it with Ads for pemium content and subscription services, and it seems like every update is just looking for new places and ways to squeeze in more ads. Roku has removed so many apps and channels too...l it's disgusting. In one of the recent updates it seems Roku has removed the option to give feedback about channels when bringing up Options. I can no longer report failures to load or log in, failures of video to play, inappropriate content, or other issues that used to be available on the options menu. Now I merely have the options to move the channel, check for updates, or remove it. Additionally now my remote often becomes unresponsive with an onscreen message instructing me to press a button that doesn't exist and speak my command when there is no microphone! This comes on the heels of several channels just vanishing from my home screen. This comes on more and more content being removed from the Roku channel and Free on Streaming menus and being replaced with garbage reality shows and multiple categories pushing premium channels. This comes on the heels of nearly 2 years where certain channels just do not work at all no matter hom many times you remove or reinstall them (netflix, Disney+, and Huluu). Seriously Roku?
