Me too, so frustrating. This is the second time this year this has happened> Nothing fixes it. You just have to wait until NBC gets enough complaints and then they fix it>

We understand your frustrations. This is not the experience we want you to have. Please be aware that our team is currently aware of the issue and would like to look into it. Kindly help us by providing the following details below:

1. Roku device or TV model, serial number, device ID, and software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About).
2. Tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button five times, followed by the Back button five times, and provide us with this ID).
3. NBC app version.
4. What are the troubleshooting steps you have taken to resolve the issue?

In the meantime, we would also suggest you try removing the channel, restart the device, and install it back for reboot purposes.

I am still having this issue. I have done EVERYTHING listed in this form and it still doesn’t work!  This is so frustrating to pay for stuff and it not work!
