Live TV problems with closed captions & series episodes

I want to let you know the closed captions on live TV have misspellings all over & are very annoying. Also, the live TV channels repeat all series episodes. I like live TV but I want to see new episodes. I have been watching this live TV for about 3 weeks & all channels are repeating from when I started.

Before proceeding, we'd like to assess your concern better and it would be great if you could provide us with additional information such as follows:

  • Are you streaming Live TV inside The Roku Channel? If not, what specific app are you streaming this from?
  • Could you please provide us with a photo of the misspelling of closed captions you've observed? (How do I insert an image in a post?)
  • What specific series are being aired?
