Peacock tv won’t work please help

Why is peacock tv not working. Peacock says I’m subscribed to it though Roku. But when I go to subscription on Roku it says no subscription.

Since your subscription is with Roku instread of directly with Peacock, have you tried accessing Peacock from within The Roku Channel?

Would I have to use the Roku TV or the Roku website. which on the website it says I have no subscriptions but on Peacock website it says I do have a subscription through Roku. @makaiguy

When you look on the Roku website, are you logging in with the same email address shown on your Roku via Settings/System/About?
