Thank you for posting the model of your phone as it gave me another reference to check. You have a Samsung Galaxy 10 I have a Samsung a 4. So that means the phones do not cause this issue.

I honestly do not understand why they continue to sell these units.
pull them back, fix the issues, then sell them. They are only harming themselves. Almost to the point of no longer trusting them or their products…..

I am monitoring via my Samsung Galaxy S9 (SM-G960U) running Android version 10.
I don't have any sound issues with Video Doorbell & Chime SE or Outdoor Camera SE. I only have these sound issues with the Indoor Camera 360°SE, wired.
I purchased and activated in November / December 2022.
