Just bought 360 se indoor camera. When i try to send audio thru it it can only barely be heard. Very lightly a couple of inches away. Cant find a volume control.

I bought the roku indoor camera and when I press the mic button to speak i can only hear my voice if you're an inch away and the siren cannot be heard. You can barley hear even if im yelling into the phone but you can hear someone talking by the camera on my phone. I looked at the topics and found one but the answer was a roku employee saying they pm the user with the topic
