Live stream camera connection error

I get all notifications and the video notifications,  so cameras are working.  But, when I try to view Live feed I get error code 25, 35, 20, all connection errors.  Any suggestions,   I have tried all roku support possible fixes and still issue.  If I'm at location Live feed works , but off sight will not connect.

We are happy to assist you with your concern about your Roku camera issue, when viewing the live feed, it shows error codes 35, 25, and 20. No worries; help is here.

Let's see if this will work for you.

  1. Ensure the internet connection of the camera is working properly.
  2. Restart the Camera from the mobile app settings.
    • From livestream > Gear Icon > "Restart camera" 
  3. Restart the Roku Smart home app - Force close and reopen
  4. Power cycle the camera
    1. Unplug the USB cable from the back of the camera. 
    2. Wait 30-60 seconds and plug back in
    3. Try again.

Thank you, I have tried all of your suggestions.   Was on phone for over 2 hrs last week. Been dealing with messenger chat for a few days and still can't figure out.  Was hoping someone here had any other suggestions.

Could you please try restarting your router? If the issue persists, please try to uninstall and reinstall the app. Let's see if that would make any difference.
