We appreciate you reaching out to us about having an issue with your camera showing an error code. We're here to provide some steps you can try.
- Verify the internet the camera is connected to is working correctly.
- Restart the Camera from the mobile app settings.
- From livestream > Gear Icon > "Restart camera"
- Restart the mobile app - Force close and reopen
- Power cycle the camera
- Unplug the USB cable from the back of the camera.
- Wait 30-60 seconds and plug back in
- Try again.
