Hi, @Artricia.
Welcome and thank you for posting here in the Roku Community!
We appreciate you bringing up this concern about a charge that you did not recognize, and we are happy to assist you with this.
To determine the charges on your billing statement, you can check how the charges appear. All transactions from Roku will appear on your billing statement as “Roku,” “Roku for <app/provider>,” or "The Roku Channel."
If “Roku,” “Roku for,” or "The Roku Channel" is not referenced, it’s not a charge from Roku. For more information about a charge that didn’t come from Roku, contact your bank or card issuer.
To know more on how to identify the charges on your account, you can visit this support article: What to do if there is a charge you don't recognize on your Roku account
For more information, you may also refer to @RokuJanadeeK and @RokuTakashi's post above.
We hope you find this information helpful.

Reynan

I am also being charged for findstep. Findstep is not listed as a subscription. I cannot find any contact information for findstep. I would like to know why roku as given out may credit card information to just any company who asks for it. CP
After going in my purchase history, I find that find step is Starz channel.
It seems to be a scam. I'm getting a lot of fraudulent charges labeled as Roku that seem to have nothing to do with my Roku.
