Hello! @Sjones1,
Thank you for posting in the Roku Community!
We understand how concerning it can be to see an unrecognized charge, and we truly appreciate you reaching out to us about it. We're here to help, and we want to ensure you get the assistance you need.
If there’s a subscription you don’t recognize, it’s a good idea to review your purchase history to determine what the charge could be, such as:
- A charge from a free trial for a streaming subscription service that you didn’t cancel. Free streaming subscription trials automatically turn into paid subscriptions that are billed on a recurring basis. To avoid being charged for a subscription, you must cancel your subscription on or before the last day of the free trial period. If the charge is for a subscription that you no longer want, you can cancel the subscription to prevent future charges.
- A family member or roommate who shares your Roku device made a purchase without your knowledge. If you share your Roku device with others, you may want to create a PIN to protect against unauthorized purchases in the future.
For detailed information, please visit this link: What to do if you see an unfamiliar charge on your Roku account.
If you still don't recognize the charge and want to dispute it, contact customer support. If the charge isn't from Roku, contact your bank or credit card company.
Thanks,
Arjiemar

Re: What is Diamond Digit on my Roku bill?
@katbar1976 I find nothing in the Roku channel store with that name. Of course, companies can have completely different names than the channels they provide.
The first thing to check is if you have any subscriptions through Roku. You can view them on your user web page (https://my.roku.com). If there's nothing there, then Roku is not billing you for anything. If this is the case, your credit card information has been used by a scammer. These thieves can put anything they want in a text field and can make their phony charge show as a legitimate company such as Roku. Also follow the steps mentioned by @RokuJechealR just to make sure this wasn't an authorized one time charge on your account.
Once you've confirmed this was not a legitimate charge, immediately do two things. One, change your Roku user account password, just to be safe. Second and most importantly, contest the charge with your CC company/bank. If one scammer has your information, it's likely that more have it. It is strongly recommended to have this CC cancelled and to have them reissue you a new card with a different number. Keep a close eye on your CC statement for any other possible bogus charges.

Re: What is Diamond Digit on my Roku bill?
There is a Diamond Digital Group LLC that is the parent company for Bally Sports. The basic Bally Sports app is free but requires authentication to a TV Provider service that carries it. Might you have subscribed to the Bally Sports Plus paid service through Roku? $21.64 sounds right for the $19.99 monthly fee + 8% tax.

Thank you for giving us the answer the "Community Moderator" refused to tell us. Funny how they mark their answer as the right answer to the OP's question, when it clearly isn't.

@puuhbear54, edit your post by clicking the 3 dots to the right of your username and remove your email address. Only scammers will contact you. This "community" is mostly users trying to help other users and no one here can give you a refund. Try contacting Roku account/billing support at https://support.roku.com/contactus.

Re: What is Diamond Digit on my Roku bill?
@puuhbear54 please do what @renojim suggested about your email address.
If you checked your Roku user account and there's no such subscription listed, then you are not being billed by Roku. Scammers have acquired your credit card info (probably stolen in one of the recent data breaches that wasn't Roku) and have submitted a phony charge to your account. You need to immediately contest the charge with your bank, and ask them to issue you a new credit card with a new number. If these thieves have your CC info, it's highly likely that others do as well. Make sure you look your CC statement over carefully for other possible phony charges.
