Cannot Renew a Subscription Early

Good Evening. 

 
I am emailing both Roku and Frndly TV so I can get some help from someone.
 
I was disconnected twice on chat with Roku. I called and got a gentleman who is trying to to help.  He told me to try to resubscribe after 2 hours. He also said he would give a call back in 2 hours to see if all was ok.  Sadly it still does not work and no phone calls.
 
 
I am subscribed to Frndly TV.   I subscribed through Roku.    Yes, I know I should contact Roku. I have on chat and phone, but they have not been able to help me.   So this is why I am emailing both of you to see who can help.
 
When I first subscribed I turned off auto renew on Roku.  I  now would like to renew this channel, but for some reason I cannot.  My access will expire  on 2-18-25.  I want to renew early.
 
I have done everything Roku has asked me to do.  I have changed payment methods, reinstalled Roku and Frndly TV and still I cannot renew.  I cannot renew through you as it says I need to go through Roku.
 
I really want to renew either with you or Roku.  It doesn't matter which one.    All I am asking for is some kind of help with this.

Thanks for letting us know about having an issue updating your payment method. We'd like to know more about this. 

May we know where are you located? Also, is there any error message when trying to update your payment method?
