being billed for service I did not authorize

I am being billed and I do not know why. I tried to login thinking maybe I set up an account when I installed my new tv.. But I did not have an account. I just made one because I think that is the only way i can get support.

How do I contact someone from roku to tell me whats going on

Re: being billed for service I did not authorize

Did you put your credit card information into the account?  That can be skipped and deleted.

This is mostly a user support forum.  You can go to the Roku customer support page, scroll down to the contact section, then accounts, and then the next selection to take you to a chat or a way to talk to customer support.

I would also suggest setting up a pin on your Roku device to avoid accidental or unauthorized purchases.

It is also possible that someone has hacked your credit card information, and you might want to look into contacting your card and putting the charge in dispute if you can't get any resolution any other way.

Hey @hockleyt

You can reach them via phone or chat by visiting Roku Support and selecting the Account, Payments, and Subscriptions option. They will be happy to help you.

Hope this helps
