I have an unauthorized payment for $12.13 which I have not subscribed to anything or had any renewals has anyone else had this problem and do they know what it's for cuz I'm unable to find anything in the Roku app.

I'd suggest logging into your Roku account at https://my.roku.com to and going to View your purchase history to review your invoices from Roku.
While in your account, you can also go to Manage your subscriptions to see what subscriptions you have with Roku.
