If you can't locate the charge in your purchase history, it may be that you have multiple Roku accounts and made the purchase or subscribed using a different account. Verify the email address on your Roku device by navigating to Settings > System > About. After confirming your email, sign in to my.roku.com to check the purchase history and charges.
