 My Roku box was set up on an old email I no longer have access to, and I cannot remember the password anyway so how can I get that email changed?

You could factory reset the Roku and set it up like it is new with a new email address.

No worries if you’ve forgotten your password! You can totally recover your Roku account with these easy steps:

1. Head over to the Roku Account website.
2. Hit Forgot Password? at the bottom.
3. Enter your email and click Submit.
4. Check your inbox for the password reset link.
5. Reset your password, and you’ll be all set!

Note: If you completely change the email on your Roku device, you might lose your subscriptions since we can't transfer subscriptions from one account to another.
