Re: Trying to cancel my CBS for Roku...
As mentioned a few times here, you will usually want to cancel a Paramount+ subscription in your Roku account in order to make a Roku for CBS bill end. If you don't see Paramount+ either, then you may have more than one Roku account. For example, if you just created a Roku account, in order to cancel a bill you are receiving, then that new Roku account is certainly not the one causing the bill, so you will not find it there.

Re: Trying to cancel my CBS for Roku...
I have done this and there is no “manage subscription” option. Only “move app”, “move app to top”, “check for updates” and “remove app”.
If I remove app that doesn’t actually cancel it does it?

Re: Trying to cancel my CBS for Roku...
@Donnao, removing an app does not cancel the subscription. Do you have more than one Roku device? If so, you may have more than one Roku account and the subscription may be tied to a different account. Check the email address that's displayed on each device under Settings->System->About. It's also possible that you have a Roku account you've forgotten about or you signed up on someone else's device and entered your payment information.

I am not a Roku employee.
