Hi, @Donnao.
Welcome and thank you for posting here in the Roku Community!
We understand that you're having an issue canceling your subscription. No worries, we're here to help.
Have you tried checking the email address associated with your streaming device? Ensure that you sign in with the same email address. To check: Home > Settings > System > About.
You may also cancel your subscription through your streaming device:
- Press the Home button on your Roku remote.
- From the Home screen, use the arrow buttons on your remote to hover over and highlight the app whose subscription you want to cancel.
- Press the Star button on your remote.
- Select Manage Subscription to view the renewal date and access additional options. If you don't see this option, your subscription is not managed through Roku.
- To cancel a subscription, select Turn off auto-renew. Next, you can choose to remove the app immediately or keep it for the remainder of the subscription term.
Note: If you're still unable to locate the subscription, you may need to contact the channel provider itself, as this may be directly purchased from them.
Moreover, you may visit this support article on how to turn off auto-renew and cancel a subscription
Hope this helps!
Regards,
Reynan

Re: Trying to cancel my CBS for Roku...
The charge you are seeing is actually for Paramount Plus. They bill it as CBS. So just go in and cancel your Paramount Plus and that will remove the charge.

Re: Trying to cancel my CBS for Roku...
I keep getting Roku for CBS and Roku for Hulu. I don't see them in my subscription, so how do I stop them from billing my card? It started after I added my card to my Roku account. I only added my card for Paramount plus and Starz.

Re: Trying to cancel my CBS for Roku...
CBS is most likely Paramount+. I don't know about the other one.

Re: Trying to cancel my CBS for Roku...
Are you not reading the posts people are making? We don't see it in our subscriptions, so how can we stop the auto renew! It's not in the subscriptions. But it is somehow able to bill us every month.

Re: Trying to cancel my CBS for Roku...
@Jshun, you said you have Paramount+. Are you saying that doesn't show in your subscriptions? The only answer anyone from Roku ever gives here is to contact account/billing support at https://support.roku.com/contactus.

Re: Trying to cancel my CBS for Roku...
Yes paramount+ and Starz show up in my subscription! But CBS for roku and Hulu for roku does not show up in my subscription. I went on Hulu site to check for subscription and it shows not subscribed. I tried CBS site and it shows no account. The billing is coming from Roku. I usually go straight to whatever site to purchase a plan, but I got lazy and paid through Roku and now it's nonstop Roku billing for CBS and Hulu.

Re: Trying to cancel my CBS for Roku...
@Jshun, your Paramount+ subscription will show up as "CBS for Roku" or "CBS Interactive for Roku" on your billing statement. They don't have to match. The description on a billing statement can say literally anything. In case you didn't know, CBS owns Paramount+. It sounds to me like you have two subscriptions through Roku and two charges on your statement. If you don't like this answer, try the link I provided.
