@Sherri4499 If through Roku's payment system, then contact customer support at the link provided in this post.
You could also check with Crunchy roll customer support directly.
If you did not authorize the charges, it is possible someone hacked your credit card information somewhere, I would suggest contacting your bank/credit card company and reporting it as well as setting up a pin on your Roku device to avoid accidental/unauthorized charges.

I am being charged for CBS by Roku and have been for a while. CBS is not listed as one of my subscriptions but I am still being charged monthly by Roku. I can’t find a contact number for Roku … since CBS is not listed as one of my subscriptions I can’t cancel it myself. HELP!!!!

yes I do but the billing on my bank account says Roku for CBS … does that help?

@lynndaniel, yes. They're one in the same. I assume you don't have a separate charge that states "Paramount".

I received a free 2 months promotion for crave. At the end of November, beginning of December, I did not want to renew at all after the promotion was over. I tried to cancel earlier was not able to I assumed once the promotion was over. The account would not be charging me as I did not add any payment to the account yet. I was sent this bill. I find it very difficult and a lot of runaround just to cancel. I do not want to pay for anything. Hence why I want to cancel after promotion was completed. Please make sure. That these fees have been taken back and there will be no charges to my account

I have been getting charged for roku CBS interacti I do not have CBS so please stop billing my credit card with this want it deleted last two months or so and just caught it please.remeove and refund my account.

You just published your phone number to a public forum that everyone can see, including scammers. You most likely will get calls from scammers and not Roku.
You should delete your phone number.
