Only thing I could find is something called Inc Media, which indicates 15 channels regarding faith broadcasts and a free Here media app.
I suggest checking on your Roku account and see if you have any subscriptions that add up to that total.
You could also reach out to Roku customer support on their website, go to contact us, accounts, payments and then click on the next issue that fits best and then you should be able to chat/talk with customer support.
If you don't have any matching charges on your Roku account, then check to see if you have any independent subscriptions that you pay directly to the broadcaster and not Roku.
If none of those subscriptions/charges match and support can't find any subscriptions/charges, I would then recommend contacting your bank/credit card and reporting the charges as you your credit card info may have been hacked somewhere. You could also set up a pin for purchases on the Roku to avoid any accidental/unauthorized charges (at least on/through your Roku account anyway) as well in the future.
Here Media Inc does seem to have a Roku channel/app called "Here TV". (lgbt programming).
Looks like it is a free channel though and content was able to be selected and played without any sign-in or login. I do not think this is a paid subscription channel.

Check your subscriptions over at https://www.roku.com/. I think this may be an illegitimate charge/fraud but you can always check with heremedia from their contact page. https://www.heremedia.com/contact
Roku can be contacted for billing/subscriptions questions at https://support.roku.com/contactus (select payments, accounts, and subscriptions).
