Paramount+ with SHOWTIME® through The Roku Channel, I subscribed to Paramount+ with SHOWTIME® throu

I subscribed to Paramount+ with SHOWTIME® through The Roku Channel, but I don't see it when using Roku on my TV. Additionally, I can't find the latest episode of The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.

It appears you’re having difficulty accessing your paid channel. To help you, please verify your subscriptions. Is it Paramount+ through the Roku channel or the Paramount+ standalone app at my.roku.com? After that, check your active subscriptions. Finally, open the appropriate app based on where your subscriptions are located.

Have no idea if you are experiencing the same problem, but check the name on your Roku account.

 

It seems some brainiac within their organization thought it was a good idea to pull the account name field instead of the credit card information you are required to provide - but they won't use.

So try changing your account name to the name on your credit card as you won't get this fixed by Roku's Jeetland support.

Roku finally fixed their Max problem as the charge has appeared on my screen. They lost whatever revenue they were getting from Paramount - because I signed with them direct.

That said, the damage has been done. I'm not inclined to be shuffled to Jeetland whenever I have problems, so am actively searching for a new streamer platform offering only US based support.

Companies which economize via Indian support just aren't worth the squeeze.

Have been associated with ReplayTV since their beginning, then added Roku due to Replay's reputation (identical founders). Haven't kept up with the personnel changes at Roku, but surmise Roku's founder is long gone - replaced by a midget. ReplayTv and Roku once oozed competence. That's just not true any more.
