I have a non-smart TV, that has a ROKU streaming stick plugged in the HDMI outlet in the back of my TV.
I clicked on the Prime Video app to accept their 30-day free trial offer. Once it ended, I have had a difficult time canceling my Prime Video subscription. I have been unsuccessful. It's frustrating because I have been charged twice on my debit account for this Prime Video subscription that I don't want. On January 2, 2025, I was charged $ 15.04. On February 3, 2025, I was charged $ 15.05. I never wanted this Prime Video subscription. I just wanted to try the 30-day free trial. I went on my desktop to click on my Amazon account, which I use to buy clothes, cologne, and other products not associated with Prime Video TV. I tried to talk to someone there to see if they could help me. They said that I do not have a Prime Video subscription with them. No record of it. I AM STUCK ON HOW TO CANCEL THIS PRIME VIDEO SUBSCRIPTION.
