We understand that you want to cancel a subscription to a channel. Where did you subscribe to the channel? Under the channel provider or through Roku Pay? If you subscribe to the channel as a standalone, you can contact their customer support directly for further help with your request. On the other hand, if you subscribe under Roku Pay, It will be effective for you to contact our Account-Billing team directly, as they are the best ones who can further assist you.

You can visit our Account-Billing Support page and choose the "Account, payments & subscriptions" category. There should be an option to talk to one of our live representatives.

@Alvin3 How you cancel depends on how you subscribed.  If you subscribed through Roku login to your Roku account on a computer or phone.  Go to My Subscriptions.  You should be able to cancel there.  If you do not find your subscription when you login to your Roku account then you have subscribed elsewhere and will have to cancel where you subscribed.
