Dove Channel subscription in Roku Subscription page says "Subscription Suspended"

Even though I am paid up. I contacted Dove and they said that the problem was with Roku. My Dove Channel subscription in Roku Subscription page says "Subscription Suspended." Anyone else had this issue?

I canceled my subscription. Problem solved. Sort of.
