@Jkgcooper, plead your case with account/payment support at https://support.roku.com/contactus, but in general all subscriptions are prepaid an non-refundable.  You can't really cancel a subscription; all you can do is stop the auto-renewal.

Please be aware that if it’s billed through your Roku account, you must sign in to the app using the username and password you created for that account. If you signed up for a subscription directly through the streaming service, you must sign in with the username and password you created for that account.

@lillianwebb Customer support tend to answer in this forum or you can go to the customer support page and get agent assisted support via direct contact by private message.   Your mileage may vary with that though.  I do not believe that they provide live phone support for all issues.
