how can a customer get to talk to someone in tech support?

I have two tv's;  one in my bedroom/roku is next to it and works fine. 

The tv in the living room when I want to watch paramount+ or apple (any paid subscription)it wants me to sign up and pay again. 

Next issue: I'm being charged thru amazon for a subscription that should be included with my walmart subscription. Yikes why is it so difficult to get help these days 😞

Thanks for bringing this to us! @Rob51

We understand that you have an unexpected charge from Roku. If you have an account with us, we recommend canceling this subscription to avoid any further charges. Here’s how to do it:

  1. Go to the Home screen.
  2. Highlight the CBS: Paramount+ app.
  3. Press the star (*) button on your remote.
  4. Select "Manage Subscription."
  5. Turn off Auto-renew.

Once you’ve turned off Auto-renew, you will prevent future charges from this app. To further protect your account from unwanted or unauthorized charges, I strongly suggest setting a 4-digit PIN. Additionally, you can visit our Roku Support page for help with these charges.

NO COMMERIALS and when i watch other Roku channels shows like Million LA s

I paid $16.99 for battlebots -NO COMMERIALS and I do not see any there GREAT and I can go forward and back or Pause so nice,,, But any other Roku Channel shows i get some ..? why please just tell me

I understand your point about Roku ads. Just a heads up, some premium channels require a subscription that will help you choose whether to have ads or no ads. In addition, you may see ads on most content within The Roku Channel, as these are free. For more information, you can visit Roku support to learn how to manage ad preferences.
