See the link above in this post to be able to get in contact with Roku. I would not trust anyone posting a number unless Roku moderators post it, and I think they prefer you to go to the support link and get assistance that way.

Go to this Roku support link and you can get the option to chat or talk with someone from Roku support depending on the issue you are having. See link below. Roku generally won't allow phone numbers to be posted in this forum, due to the number of scammers posting fake support numbers.
I have a question about my Roku streaming stick 4k I purchased. I'm unable to install it. I was told my TV (Samsung) is too old (15 years old). Is that correct? If not correct, who can assist me in installing the device?
@rbrog, what's the model number of your TV? Does it have an HDMI input? Where exactly are you failing?
@rbrog If you have HDMI inputs in your TV, then you should be able to set up the device. I think Samsung started putting HDMI in their TVs about 20 years ago.
