I ordered a new remote # 2000996205 and tracking it has been returned to sender. Last known is in Brownsville Tx as of 10/1/2024.
Your website is telling me that I can’t subscribe because I don’t have a Roku device. But I do have a device connected to my tv. I unsubscribed a while back and am wondering if the device is older now and do I need a new device to be able to connect again? I ordered a new stick and remote but if I can use my old device I would rather do that and cancel the order for the new one or send it back when it arrives.
please help as I want to use Roku for streaming.
