Here are the steps to check the charges on your account:
- Sign in to my.roku.com
- Go to Purchase history & invoices
- Review your invoices for Content or Products
To avoid this issue from happening again, you may add a PIN to your account.
Here's how:
- Sign in to my.roku.com
- Under Device settings, select PIN/Parental controls
- To set up a PIN, select Create a PIN
