I keep getting charged different amounts every month for I don't know what. I have subscriptions and I removed all payment options months ago and I continue to get charged.

If you have charges on your account that you don't recognize or did not authorize, then I suggest contacting your bank/credit card company and dispute them as your account may have been compromised.
