I was wondering if I could get help regarding my NFL+ subscription.
I got an NFL+ account and my roku does not recognize it when I sign in on the app. I am trying to cancel the membership and when I have followed every instruction on NFL and ROKU there is no option to cancel.
I have called Roku multiple times and have received no help.
My roku and NFL are linked but not letting me cancel at all.

Have you tried checking the email address associated with your streaming device? To check, go to Home > Settings > System > About.

Yes, I have. And the account that was associated still does not show the NFL+ subscription.
