I saw a transaction called "Roku for Disney Electroni"
However, I do not have this subscription on my Roku account.
Can you help me to fix this?
Hi, @douglasvg.
Greetings from the Roku Community!
We understand that you got charged on your account. In this case, we suggest reaching out to the channel provider and inquiring further, as they are the ones who could cancel and provide further details regarding their channel functionality on the Roku platform. You can reach them through their direct Disney Plus Support
We hope this will be sorted out soon.
Thanks,
Reynan
Go to the customer support page and select accounts & subscriptions and through that process you will be able to chat or talk directly with customer support.
You can also log into your Roku account and see if you have a Disney subscription.

I have the same problem and when I log into Disney it says I have no subscription so please fix this, I'm being ROBBED.
If you have checked your Roku account for any subscriptions and Disney account for any subscriptions. If you cannot find any, reach out to Roku customer support on their webpage as this is mostly a community forum.
If they cannot help you, then contact your bank/credit card and have them assist with the charges and stopping that as it may be possible someone has hacked your card information, especially if you did not authorize any subscriptions.
Welcome to the Roku Community!
It appears that you were charged for the Disney+ subscription on your Roku device. I recommend contacting Disney directly, as they handle these charges on Roku. Here's the Disney Support Website for your convenience.
Hope this helps!
