I received an email instructing me to send my remote back for a refund to an address for Contec c/o Roku. The Post Office says there is no such address. There is no customer service option to straighten this out that I can see... 5925 E 14th St Set C, Brownsville, TX 78521

As I said, the address they have for me to return the product to is not a valid address per the post office. I have done all the steps and received my RMA number. The address for Contec is not valid
That should be Ste C, not Set C. The Post Office couldn't figure that out. 🙄
Of course, it is Ste C - autocorrect . Still no known address matching the one Roku gave me to return the remote to. If anyone who has read my original problem can help provide a correct address for Contec returns, please let me know.
Well the entire Internet and Mapquest seem to thing it's a valid address. I think your beef is with the Post Office.

You could always call Contec and ask them what their address is.
Same issue here. The return address is invalid according to USPS and I cannot get a valid address from Customer Service. This is not good.
