Does anyone have an e-mail address for customer service?
I’m finding ROKU chat and phone support to be epically disappointing.
Ordered a new ROKU Remote from ROKU website, with advertised 2-3 day delivery. It’s now 5 days later and item still has not shipped. Tracking link shows Post Office has label but waiting for product? Endless loop of incompetent Chat and Phone support from ROKU. Three times Chat support person has left chat the moment they realize they have to have to do something other than type a scripted response. Same with phone support, 45 minute mindless scripted responses and no answers. Plus, no call back as promised.
I’m not finding an email address anywhere on their site. Would appear this is intentional unless someone from ROKU can say otherwise.
