After ordering a Roku 4K Express from roku.com this morning, I realized that I had purchased the wrong product. I couldn't find anywhere to cancel the order so first I did a chat and was told it couldn't be cancelled This was less than an hour after I ordered the product. Then I called an agent who told me that within 24 hours of my order, a cancel option would appear on the order once I logged in. This has not yet appeared. I just called Roku again and was told that I should just wait until it arrives and I'd have to pay to send it back to the manufacturer. These are such great devices - is this the best Roku can do for customer service?!?!?! I'm trying to save Roku the time and cost to process and send my order. This is so disappointing.
