I need to cancel disneyplus how do I do that

Disney Plus is a direct subscription service. Although Roku bills it, we cannot cancel or manage the subscription. Since Disney Plus has a cancellation policy, I highly suggest contacting Disney support for assistance.

To cancel a subscription that you pay for and manage through Roku:
Go to my.roku.com/subscriptions
Sign in to your Roku account
Under Active subscriptions, select the subscription you want to cancel
Select Manage subscription and then select Turn off auto-renew
If you want to cancel a subscription that is billed by Roku but managed by the service provider, you must contact the streaming service provider directly. For example, if you want to cancel a Disney+ subscription, you must contact Disney+ directly

I have navigated to Disney but it won't let me cancel. I keeps popping up with options for me to select a plan, but won't let me get to my account to cancel.
