I have a Hallmark plus subscription via Roku. It was working fine but now when I select hallmark plus it says I don’t have a subscription?! How do I fix this?
Roku has two Hallmark+ apps, one for account subscriptions through Roku and one for subscriptions not through Roku. Are you using the right one?
Both apps do not work-they both say I need to subscribe?!

Where are you subscribed to the channel? Is it via Roku o through the channel provider?
Please be advised that subscriptions purchased on the Channel Store use your Roku account's email and password or the email and password of a separate account managed directly with the channel provider. If you had an account with your provider prior to purchasing your Roku device, the username and password associated with your subscription are managed directly with your channel provider.
