Refund for pay per view that didn't work

Good morning,

I am writing to request a refund from a pay per view we were unable to watch due to the fact that we were told that we had not subscribed, when in fact, we paid the pay per view EVENT fee twice.
On 11-6 we paid 24.99+ tax.  We were able to watch that night.  We were unable to log in after that with the system telling us we hadn't subscribed.
I paid an additional 24.99+tax on 11-9.  We were able to watch about 45 minutes of the event and were booted off, saying again we weren't subscribed.
I have been refunded one of the fees of 24.99+ tax and the associate refused to refund the other.
I am respectfully requesting a refund of the additional 24.99 + tax.  
The pay per view stated it was an EVENT price.

thank you, I've been in that loop.  I'm not getting anywhere that I can request a refund.

@lwoodworth, you should be able to get to a chat/call option following the account/payment path.  Are you in the US?  Things seem to be much tougher for non-US users.
