I have a Hallmark+ subscription. Roku won't let me install the app, so I have to use it under Roku. However, there is no way to login to my existing account. I have to start a new trial that is paid through Roku. Can someone tell me how to get around this and login directly?
Thanks,
G
Hi, @Gjh1776.

We appreciate you getting in touch with us about having a problem with signing in to your account. We're here to help.
When signing in to your Hallmark+ account, make sure to use the standalone app. To add the app, go to Home > Search > Type in Hallmark+ > Add app.
We hope this will be sorted out soon.

Where are you located? By "under Roku" I assume you mean "The Roku Channel". It seems odd that the app wouldn't be available but it is available under "The Roku Channel", but I suppose it's possible.
No, the Hallmark+ app is there under Roku, but there is no way to login to my Hallmark+ account. I have only the choice of starting a new subscription managed by Roku. Roku probably makes money on the subscriptions they sell, but I have non-Roku devices and I'm not going to pay twice. If Roku doesn't improve their product, it's going in the garbage.
