Help with billing of cancelled subscription

I’m still being billed for CBS interactive after I cancelled the subscription. How can I get that to stop without cancelling my subscription to Roku?

Re: Help with billing of cancelled subscription

@tweetybear1965, there's no such thing as a "subscription to Roku", but there are plenty of scammers that will tell you otherwise.  Is it possible that you have multiple Roku accounts and you're being billed on a different one than the one you canceled on?  If you have multiple Roku devices, check the email address that's displayed on each one under Settings->System->About and then use that email address(es) to log into the account at https://my.roku.com to see what subscriptions are tied to each account.  Beyond that, you can contact account/payment support at https://support.roku.com/contactus.

Re: Help with billing of cancelled subscription

You can also check your CBS subscription with Paramount plus if you signed up for that independently.

Like it was already said, there is no charge to use the Roku device or watch the free Roku channels.

Other apps/channels and/or streaming services on the Roku app store may have subscription charges but if you have someone trying to charge you to use the Roku then it is possible someone is scamming you.
