Subscription issue through roku device
Hi all,
I have a subscription for Hayu through their official website. I can access it on Roku and through the Amazon Prime app and have been for years. For some reason just on my Roku device it’s asking me to renew the subscription even though I’m not subscribed through Roku to begin with. I can still access my Hayu account through the prime app on my roku device. If I click renew it charges me the 6.99 again even though I’m already being charged for the subscription through Hayu separately, so a double charge for the same account.
im confused why this is happening all of a sudden. Any insight?

Thanks for letting us know that you're still asked to pay for a subscription even though you already have one. We'd like to know more about this.
Where are you trying to access the channel? Is it via the Roku Channel or through a standalone app? Also, have you confirmed that you're signed in to your account through the app? This is necessary to access your subscription directly with the channel provider.
