I would like to know how to cancel fubo and it keeps telling me I have to go through fubo to cancel even though football tells me I have to go through Roku

I have tried to do both Through my TV and through my phone And my bill says I have fubo through Roku and fubo says I don't have it through fubo I'm getting charged almost $90

I've had the same issue for months now. I saw a post about making sure you're using the correct email. I then logged out of my Roku account and used a previous email to login. Once I was in, I saw my Fubo subscription and was able to cancel. Hope this helps.

Our fubo account does not show as an active subscription, but we are being billed for it. why?

We'd like to know more about having an issue with locating your subscription on your account
Where are you subscribed? Is it via Roku or directly through the channel provider?
Note: Subscriptions purchased on the Channel Store use your Roku account's email and password or the email and password of a separate account managed directly with the channel provider. If you had an account with your provider prior to purchasing your Roku device, the username and password associated with your subscription are managed directly with your channel provider. Your email and password are also managed directly with your provider if you created an account while purchasing your subscription. Contact your provider for help with these sign-in details.
Also, have you tried checking the email address associated with your streaming player? To check: Home > Settings > System > About.
