Where is the option to cancel "Roku for LomitosCrew 816-2728107 DE" under my account. I am being charged, and this needs to be cancelled.

Also, a friend suggested the latest "Roku Ultra 2024". The ultra that I bought in 2016, the volume fades in and out and I need to replace it.
