Billing dispute for a network I didn’t order

Roku didn’t listen a subscription they are billing me although they say philo is billing me directly and they are not I called philo they say they did not ask Roku to bill me I didn’t order this network I have been billed for several months at 27.99 I don’t use it I don’t want it I didn’t order it I can’t get in direct contact I can chat email or talk but still I’m just going in circles please help I want a refund and removed it does not show up on my Roku account only bank statement

I recognize the issues you've encountered with the charge on your account. Have you tried checking the email address associated with your Roku device? To check, go to Home > Settings > System > About.
