Does Roku accept prepaid gift cards Such as visa for payment

Regarding your question, we don't accept prepaid gift cards as a mode of payment. You can use debit, credit, or PayPal as an alternative for your prepaid gift card.

• MasterCard
• Visa
• PayPal
• Apple Pay (to add Apple Pay, you must visit my.roku.com using Safari; Apple Pay is currently not supported on other browsers)
• American Express (not available in France)
• Discover (only available in the U.S. and Canada)
• Prepaid gift cards if the payment merchant (e.g., Visa, Discover) is accepted in your geographic region

@RokuCarly I just bought a Roku and will need to return it if you don’t accept prepaid cards

Pre-paid gift cards can be used as a payment method as long as the card brand is an accepted card type, for example MasterCard or Visa. You can reach out to our Accounts and Billing team to be better assisted regarding your inquiry. Contact them at Accounts and Billing, then select the option for the Accounts and Billing to be redirected to their contact information.
