I am trying to cancel my MAX subscription which says its setup through Roku. When I log into Roku it says I don't have any subscriptions, but it sure does bill me. HOW DO I CANCEL?

If you still haven't seen your subscription, you may contact our Account and Billing team for further assistance. Visit our Account and Billing Support page and select the "Account, payments & subscriptions" category. You'll have an option to call or chat with us.

I am billed $10.71 per month for Max. It is labeled on my Mastercard as Roku for WarnerMedia G. I am trying to cancel it thru Roku and they do not show any subscriptions for it. I contacted Max and they told me I had to do thru Roku. Nothing works!!!
@LH6, do you have multiple Roku devices? If so, you may have multiple Roku accounts or you may be signing in at https://my.roku.com using the wrong email address. Check the email address(es) that are shown on your devices under Settings->System->About. It's also possible that you entered your payment information on someone else's Roku device if you were visiting, for example.
