Have you tried checking the email address associated with your Roku device?
To check: Home > Settings > System > About.
You may also follow these steps to check your subscriptions:
- Sign in to my.roku.com
- Go to Purchase history & invoices
- Review your invoices for Content or Products
If you still haven't seen your subscription, you may contact our Account and Billing team for further assistance. Visit our Account and Billing Support page and select the "Account, payments & subscriptions" category. You'll have an option to call or chat with us.
